3. Multi link collaboration and connection
From shelf installation, automation equipment construction to equipment connection, such as the coordination between elevators and conveyors, every link needs to be closely coordinated. Any errors or delays may hinder project progress, such as the deviation of conveyor installation position affecting the smoothness of cargo transportation.
4. Project safety management
Ensuring the safety of personnel and warehouses is the key, and there are various hazardous factors on the construction site, such as high-altitude operations and electrical equipment installation.
